🎯 Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web-based applications using modern frontend and backend technologies;
• Support the implementation of RESTful APIs and microservices;
• Collaborate with backend and data teams to connect user interfaces with data pipelines;
• Contribute to UI/UX improvements and ensure cross-browser compatibility;
• Participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, and debugging;
• Assist in deployment and monitoring of production systems;
• Maintain a high standard of code quality through testing, documentation, and peer reviews;

📋 Minimum Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with the following skills and experience:

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Electrical and Computer Engineering or similar;
• 1–3 years of professional experience or strong internship/project experience in software development;
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript with hands-on experience using React and TypeScript;
• Experience with Python-based backend frameworks (Django or FastAPI);
• Familiarity with Git, version control workflows, and agile methodologies;
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment;
• Fluent in English with excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

💡 Nice-to-Haves

If you have the following, it’s a strong plus:

• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases;
• Experience with Tailwindcss;
• Familiarity with Docker or CI/CD pipelines;
• Understanding of microservices and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure);
• An eye for UI/UX best practices and performance optimization;
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code;
• Mentality of commit early and often, metrics before models, and shipping high quality production code;
• A love of learning and enjoyment of trying new things;
• Startup experience or interest in working in a high-growth environment.
