Powering Proactive Care with Clinical AI

We build robust, hospital-grade AI that provides clinicians with the time and rationale needed to act sooner - before patient deterioration escalates

Overview

Company Overview

Aisthesis Medical was founded to address the critical gaps in early deterioration detection and response across acute care settings. We develop VIOSync®, a comprehensive Clinical Decision Support (CDS) platform that uses digital patient twins and explainable AI to predict clinical risk and guide timely, targeted action.

Starting with our Sepsis Prediction Index (SPI®) module, VIOSync® delivers earlier detection, clear rationales, and protocol-aligned guidance — all seamlessly integrated into existing hospital workflows.

What We Do

Predictive Insight

Identify deterioration (including sepsis) up to 48 hours before clinical signs are visible, maximizing lead time for intervention

Explainable Rationales

Provide clear, clinician-readable explanations and supporting evidence for every alert to foster trust and confident decision- making

Protocol Alignment

Deliver specific, recommended actions that are fully aligned with national sepsis bundles and your hospital's unique clinical pathways

Seamless Interoperability

Ensure easy, secure HL7/FHIR-compatible integration with your EHRs, PDMS, patient monitors, and lab systems

Validated Safety & Compliance

Operate as a registered SaMD/MDSW under a certified QMS, adhering strictly to GDPR, HIPAA, and relevant regulatory standards

Vision

To make predictive, explainable AI a standard of care in every hospital

We believe in a future where clinicians are equipped with intelligent tools that enhance patient safety, reduce delays in care, and optimise clinical outcomes
