What Winning This Award Means
This was the first year Medipex introduced a category specifically for industry-led innovation — a recognition that the NHS innovation ecosystem depends as much on the partners building alongside it as on the trusts driving change from within.
For Aisthesis Medical, the win reflects the same NHS-first design principle behind VIOSync since day one: building a Digital Twin architecture around the realities of frontline clinical workflows, not retrofitting a model into them after the fact. Being recognised in a competition that drew entries from 24 NHS trusts — and a panel evaluating five strong industry finalists — is a meaningful signal that this approach is resonating beyond our own team.
